Are you a Tenant?

• Rental conditions:

Your income should be above or equal to three times the rental amount including charges. If you do not fulfil this condition a guarantor meeting these criteria is necessary.

• Items to be supplied for your lease dossier:

- Proof of ID

- Last three wage slips or any other proof of income

- Last tax notice

- Last three rental receipts or proof of lodging

- A Bank Statement

• Your rental contract:

Duration:
- Three years for unfurnished property

- One year for a furnished property

- Less than 1 year for students

Rent revision:
on the renewal date for the next lease as per rent revision index

Yearly payment of charges each month you settle provisions on charges adjusted once a year against supporting invoice

Housing tax:
this is the responsibility of the tenant on the 1st January of the current year

Deposit:
Two months rent excluding charges, returned within two months after departure

Notice:
- three or one month for an unfurnished property

- one month for a furnished property
